| Question: Why do I need to register? |
Answer: Registration is required by the administrator. Registration gives a member additional features such as uploading, having a favorites list, rating pictures and posting comments, sending ecards, etc. To prevent spam and other unwanted material from appearing on this site, we must only afford these privileges to registered users. It is not necessary to register in order to simply view the photos in this gallery.
NOTE: The site administration will not give or sell registration information to any outside party without the user's consent. The information may be used by the site administrator to contact users regarding problems with their accounts, uploads, etc.

| Question: How do I register? |
Answer: Go to "Register" and fill out the required fields (and the optional ones if you want to).
If the Administrator has Email Activation enabled, then after submitting your information you should receive an email message at the address that you have submitted while registering, giving you instructions on how to activate your membership.
If the administrator has chosen to manually activate memberships, then you will receive an email from the administrator once your account has been activated. If there is a question as to the validity of your registration, the administrator may email you at the email address you have provided in order to confirm that it is a legitimate address.
Your membership must be activated in order for you to login. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this requirement, but it is necessary to allow only legitimate users to post comments, upload pictures, etc., and to prevent inappropriate material from being posted in the gallery. To this end, the administrator has the sole discretion to delete any comments, photos, etc. posted in the gallery, and to ban or delete users at any time should they attempt to post any material deemed inappropriate by the administrator.
NOTE: To prevent fraudulent registrations, a single email address may be associated with only one account at a time.

| Question: How do I login? |
Answer: Go to "Login," submit your username and password and check "Remember Me" so you will be logged in on the site if you should leave it.
IMPORTANT: Cookies must be enabled and the cookie from this site must not be deleted in order to use "Remember Me."

| Question: Why can I not login? |
Answer: Did you register and click the link that was sent to you via email? The link will activate your account. For other login problems, contact the site administrator.

| Question: What if I forgot my password? |
Answer: Go to "Login" and click the "I forgot my password" link. Then enter the email address associated with your account. If you still have problems, please contact the site administrator.

| Question: What if I change my email address? |
Answer: Just login and change your email address through "My Profile."

| Question: How do I save a picture to "My Favorites"? |
Answer: Click on a picture and click on the "picture info" link ( ); scroll down to the picture information set and click "Add to Favorites."
The administrator may have the "picture information" on by default.
IMPORTANT: Cookies must be enabled and the cookie from this site must not be deleted.

| Question: How do I rate a file? |
Answer: Registered users may click on a thumbnail and go to the bottom and choose a rating.

| Question: How do I post a comment for a picture? |
Answer: Registered users may click on a thumbnail and go to the bottom and post a comment.
NOTE: Comments are subject to approval and/or deletion by the site administrator. "Spamming," obscenities, and other objectionable material or activity will not be tolerated. Any users participating in such activities will be permanently banned..

| Question: How do I send an ecard? |
Answer: Registered users may click on a thumbnail and then click on the ecard icon ( ) above the photo. On the ecard screen, enter your name, the recipient's name and email address, a heading, and a message. You may then preview and/or send your ecard.

| Question: May I save the photos in the gallery to my own computer? |
Answer: Any photo may be saved to a user's computer for his/her own personal use. Registered users may also add several photos to a Favorites list and then download all the pictures in their Favorites list as a .zip (compressed) file. However, do NOT use any photo in this gallery for any commercial (money-making) purpose without express written permission from the photo's owner. Use of any photo for such purposes without permission may result in legal action. The site administrator cannot grant permission for commercial use of photos uploaded by other users.

| Question: How do I upload a file? |
Answer: Once registered and logged in, go to "Upload File"and select the album that you want to upload to. If the appropriate album does not exist, upload to the "Uncategorized Photos" album in the "General User Uploads" category. You will be given the opportunity later to suggest a new category and/or album for consideration by the administrator.
Once you've selected an album, click "Browse," find the file to upload, and click "open." Add a title and description and other information if you want and click "Submit."

| Question: Where do I upload a picture to? |
Answer: Registered users will be able to upload photos to the various albums in the photo gallery. If the photo does not fit into one of the existing albums, the user may suggest a new category or album to be considered by the site administrator (see "How do I upload a file?" above).
Files must be 1024 KB (1 MB) or less in size, and the largest dimension (height or width) of any file must not exceed 1024 pixels. For best results, size your photos properly with an image-editing program such as Paint Shop or Adobe Photoshop prior to uploading.
All uploads are subject to approval and placement by the site administrator and will not be visible until approved. Once approved and placed, the photo will appear in the appropriate album and the username of the person who uploaded the photo will appear as well.

| Question: What type and size of a file can I upload? |
Answer: Registered users may upload .jpg, .gif, .bmp, and .png images. All images must be no larger than 1024 pixels and 1024 KB (1 MB).
NOTE: Please be sure you have rights to the files you upload. The site administrator is not responsible for checking on the copyright existence of photos in this gallery. If we are notified that a photo has been placed in our gallery illegally and we confirm this, the photo will be removed.
Once uploaded, you will no longer have control over your photo. The site administrator may move or delete photos, and other users may download any photos in the gallery. Should you wish to have your upload modified or deleted, please contact the site administrator to do so.

| Question: What are cookies? |
Answer: Cookies are a plain text piece of data that is sent from a website and is put on to your computer.
Cookies usually allow a user to leave and return to the site without having to login again and other various chores.

Answer: Coppermine is a free Multimedia Gallery, released under GNU GPL. It is full of features and has been ported to various platforms. Visit the Coppermine Home Page to find out more or download it.

| Question: How do I contact the site administrator? |
Answer: Please click here to send an email to the site administrator.

| Question: What's "Album List"? |
Answer: This will show you the entire category you are currently in, with a link to each album. If you are not in a category, it will show you the entire gallery with a link to each category. Thumbnails may be a link to the category.

| Question: What's "Upload File"? |
Answer: This feature allows a user to upload a file (size and type are set by the site administrator) to a gallery selected by either you or the administrator.

| Question: What's "Latest Uploads"? |
Answer: This feature shows the latest uploads to the site.
|
| Question: What's "Latest Comments"? |
Answer: This feature shows the latest comments along with the files posted by users.

| Question: What's "Most Viewed"? |
Answer: This feature shows the most viewed files by all users (whether logged in or not).
|
| Question: What's "Top Rated"? |
Answer: This feature shows the top rated files rated by the users, showing the average rating (e.g: five users each gave a  : the file would have an average rating of ;Five users rated the file from 1 to 5 (1,2,3,4,5) would result in an average .)
The ratings go from  (best) to  (worst).

| Question: What's "My Favorites"? |
Answer: This feature will let a user store a favorite file in the cookie that was sent to his/her computer. To add a photo to the Favorites list, registered users may click on a thumbnail and then click on "Add to Favorites" in the File Information section at the bottom of the page.
NOTE: The file information display must be turned on in order to view this link. The information display is on by default, but may be turned off by the user. If the "Add to Favorites" link is not shown, click on the "Display/hide file information" icon above the picture and check for the file information at the bottom of the page.
